7. Limitation of Liability

• Audenta Talent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.

• While we strive to provide accurate and effective marketing solutions, we do not guarantee specific results.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

• Audenta Talent reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
